1. Nature of Our Services
BrandElevateLab provides service-based digital marketing solutions including SEO, PPC management, social media marketing, content creation, and web design. As these services involve human expertise, time, and resources, the following policies apply.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Monthly Retainer Services
- You may cancel your monthly retainer agreement by providing 30 days' written notice via email to contact@brandelevatelab.shop
- Services will continue until the end of the notice period
- No refund will be issued for the current billing cycle in which notice is given
2.2 Project-Based Services
- Cancellation before project commencement: 100% refund of any advance paid
- Cancellation after project commencement but before 50% completion: 50% of the advance is refundable
- Cancellation after 50% project completion: No refund will be issued
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios
A full or partial refund may be considered in the following situations:
- BrandElevateLab fails to commence services within 14 business days of receiving payment without a valid reason
- A duplicate payment has been made in error
- Services agreed upon have not been delivered as per the signed proposal
3.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following are explicitly non-refundable:
- Services already rendered (even partially)
- Third-party advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads budgets passed on to platforms)
- Monthly retainer fees for work already commenced
- Dissatisfaction with marketing results due to external factors beyond BrandElevateLab's control
- Failure to provide required information by the client causing delays
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send a refund request email to contact@brandelevatelab.shop with your invoice number and reason for the request
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 3 business days
- Valid refund requests will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our decision on a refund request, we encourage you to contact our senior management at contact@brandelevatelab.shop. We are committed to resolving all disputes amicably and professionally.
6. Chargebacks
We request that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised chargebacks for services duly rendered may result in suspension of your account and potential legal action.
7. Ad Spend Policy
Any third-party advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are the client's own expenditure. BrandElevateLab does not retain any portion of ad spend and cannot be held responsible for performance of third-party advertising platforms.
