While BrandElevateLab strives to deliver exceptional results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue figures. Digital marketing results depend on numerous factors including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and the competitive landscape beyond our control.
Both parties agree to keep any shared confidential business information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandElevateLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Fees paid for work already commenced are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the refund policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
